…Like a colorful cool salad with all sorts of greens, tomatoes and crunchy pieces of sesame rusks is just the thing for Monday. Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and there you go. As for the fresh Chios beer, I loved the packaging so I had to try it. It is fresh, light and full of flavor!
