Patmos

Patmos had always been one of my dream destinations. For years I was keeping anything that has to do with this island, from newspaper articles and travel magazines, to postal cards and decoration books. You see, the aura of this island is so unique, that one can feel a need to go just by looking at a photograph. At least that’s what I felt, for years.

So, I am very excited because we prepare a very special post from Patmos: a menu dégustation by Chef Dimitris Pamporis, straight from the kitchen of Patmos Aktis Suites and Spa Hotel.
