I can’t believe that a year has passed since the last festival – and I can’t believe it’s been six years already that the Routes in Marpissa experiential and cultural festival turned my summers and my life upside down, bringing joy and inspiration.
I recently read that the way we perceive time has to do with fragments of moments that are intense, different and exotic comparing to the long hours we spent in our everyday life’s routine. Those fragments of time are full of light, love and they sparkle enough to stand out as unforgettable. For me, the festival, the village and the people around it, are a free canvas for that kind of moments. All sorts of feelings and all sorts of experiences are blended authentically leaving both the volunteers and the visitors hooked.
For those of you that are in Paros, the festival is starting today: Come and walk with us in Marpissa!
